Connecticut River Valley Stingrays

The Connecticut River Valley Stingrays is a year-round, competitive swim team based at the Edgar May Health and Recreation Center in Springfield, VT. The EMHRC is a non-profit organization dedicated to professional training and personal wellness, which provides excellent resources for all members of our local community.
