Connecticut River Valley Stingrays

Fall 2023 will be Coach Julia's first season with the Stingrays.  She grew up in Springfield, attended college in Florida and stayed  there for almost 30 years.  Julia has coached all levels and abilities from learn-to-swim, developmental, age-group, high school.  She has worked with many National and College level swimmers and in 2021 had the increadible experience of attending Olympic Trails with a swimmer she had coached for 10 years. 

In September 2023, she moved back home to be closer to family and to enjoy the privilege of coaching the Stingrays
